Simbionix And J&J Sign Distribution Agreement For Russia And The CIS Countries

Simbionix USA Corp. (Simbionix), a developer of medical simulation systems, has signed distribution agreement with Johnson & Johnson LLC (J&J), a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, for its simulators and related products. As per distribution agreement, Johnson & Johnson LLC will have exclusive rights to distribute Simbionix's line of advanced medical simulators in Russian hospitals and the rest of the CIS.

"We are very excited to enter into this collaboration with Johnson & Johnson LLC to bring our advanced simulators into Russian hospitals, teaching facilities, and interventional clinics," said Simbionix chief executive officer Gary Zamler. "This agreement ushers in a new era of simulation-based interventional training for the CIS medical community and we are looking forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with all the countries covered by the agreement, as well as with Johnson & Johnson LLC."
